Jack Danson is the most authentic Rod Stewart tribute act you are ever likely to see or hear. He looks like him and sounds exactly like him too, what more could you possibly want? After two hugely successful appearances on 'Stars In Their Eyes' Jack became the UK’s No.1 Rod Stewart impersonator. He has performed at some of the most prestigious venues in the world. This incredible show incorporates all the hits from Rod Stewart's biggest selling albums.Jack is currently in his 10th successful year at the award winning ‘Legends in Concert’ show hosted in Blackpool’s Central Pier and he is without doubt a major force within the show.
A professional, versatile and committed five-piece band dedicated to performing a range of accessible, modern covers picked to appeal to a broad audience of both the young and the young at heart.  Two brothers and three friends, five superb musicians; they have been sharing stage and audience for the best part of the last ten years and so perform accordingly with the relaxed, polished empathy only ever seen in the most practiced and familiar of artists.
Their material is picked from a selection of bands and artists spanning the last forty years of modern music. From Van Morrison to Paul Weller, Radiohead to Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Monkees to Coldplay, they have a broad repertoire of tunes from which they can draw a set to meet almost any occasion.
Originally named Piledriver, Counterfeit Quo formed in Essex in early 1995 by four hardened Quo fans who quickly set out to recreate the dynamic, energetic live Quo performances of old. The bands reputation spread quickly and they have now toured every nook and cranny of the U.K., ventured into Europe and featured on local and national BBC Radio. Over the past year the band have had the pleasure of working with original Quo drummer John Coghlan, either as part of his own band, John Coghlan's Quo, or with John appearing as a special guest on Counterfeit Quo gigs. They have also been given the seal of approval from no less than Quo's very own Francis Rossi and Rick Parfitt.

Friday 6th and Saturday 7th August 2010
They were born after seeing one too many Blues Brothers ‘tribute acts’.  A few like minded individuals decided that they were on a mission from mediocrity.  In early 2005, on the 25th anniversary of the hit movie  we put the bank back together1  This 10-piece ensemble is not an ‘act’ it’s a theatrical show.  A musically tight band, playing blues, jazz and rock ‘n’ roll.  You’ll also see an all-dancing all-singing duo of Soul Sisters, shaking their tail feathers and straining their vocal chords.  And guess who else?  Thats right, Jake and Ellwood Blues - or as near as dammit.  Blues Brothers Reloaded is a high-kicking, blues-bitching. nail-biting, cat-fighting, mickey-taking, film-faking, tight-fitting, feetstomping, powerhouse performance of a show.
The Ultimate Beer Festival Band - Five piece party band, The Shy Teds started with members of five different bands who had in common enjoying a beer or two on a Bank Holiday Monday. Now nearly ten years on and with many hundreds of gigs behind them, The Shy Teds have entertained pub, club, corporate & festival crowds alike covering songs from artists such as The Kaiser Chiefs, The Who, The Undertones, Ian Dury, Greenday and of course Elvis to name but a few, leaving the crowds wanting more and more. The Shy Teds, a band you will remember for many different reasons!

Friday - Gates open at 6pm

Stop Drop & Roll - Kicking off the festival this covers band will be playing songs from the likes of the Kings of Leon, The Killers & The Artic Monkeys.

Formed in 2003, and produce a traditional and modern blend of folk, celtic, prog-rock and psych-folk, writing original and alluring songs with mythological and mystic leanings. The 6-piece line-up uses assorted flutes and pipes, fiddle, guitars, keyboards, bass and drums, and rich vocal harmonies. There’s also a strong story-telling element to their songs, crafted with the deep colours and inspirations from story and folklore. Dynamic and inventive, their varied material ranges from soft ambient ballads and magical folk sounds to powerful and driving rock rhythms.Magicfolk also love their roots music and will often burst into fiddle-fuelled foot-stomping jigs and reels on stage.
